The Gifts You Cannot Buy

The style of this painting is rougher than my usual, but it has always been a favorite of mine for the way it captures the distinct personalities of my children at ages five and six, respectively, with outward symbols of their distinct personal gifts. I believe it is surreal enough for anyone to apply their own meanings to it. In conjunction with the above caption, it made a fine family Christmas card several years ago.
